During the "Iron Swords" Gaza war, the unit participated in numerous classified operations, the details of which cannot be disclosed. However, it is noteworthy that the unit's operators, in collaboration with the 669 Special Air Force Rescue unit, successfully evacuated over 600 injured personnel from the battlefield. These evacuations were accompanied by life-saving medical interventions administered by highly skilled medics amidst hostile conditions. Leveraging specialized vehicles, the unit facilitated swift transportation to helicopters, enabling expedited transfer to hospitals. This rapid response proved instrumental in preserving the lives of many personnel critically injured in the line of duty.
